Aboriginal Hunting in the Northern Territory

After turtle hunt

Returning to Borroloola at nightfall from a succesful turtle hunt in the Gulf of Carpentaria. Hunting the green sea turtle is still very important in the traditional life of the people of Borroloola, although nowadays aluminium dinghies are used.
