Previous Aboriginal Dance in the Northern Territory
A Warlpiri man dances the "Parnta purlapa" traditional dance in Lajamanu community. He is decorated with "wamurlu" , chopped plant fibres that may be coloured red with ochre or white with flour and glued to the body with honey or, nowadays, sugar water.
