Aboriginal Dancing in the Northern Territory

The “Easter Purlapa”, an attempt to combine Christianity with traditional Aboriginal dancing in Yuendumu (Yurntumu), a large Warlpiri Aboriginal community, 290 kilometres north west of Alice Springs in Central Australia. In this scene Jesus is taken by soldiers for his crucifixion.
