Andreas Onisiforou monument

The monument dedicated to Andreas Onisiforou, who died in 1956, by Philippos Yiapanis, in Kolossi. It was was commissioned by the Board for the Historical Memory of the EOKA (Ethniki Organosi Kyprion Agoniston, National Organization of Cypriots Fighters) who strove from 1955-59 for union of Cyprus with Greece ('Enosis'); it was unveiled 28 April 2002.
