Palermo, the capital city of Sicily

Church of San Giuseppe

Light beams filter into the marble interior of the Baroque Church of San Giuseppe dei Teatini, located near the Quattro Canti in Palermo, and is considered one of the most outstanding examples of the Sicilian Baroque. The inner decoration is an overwhelming parade of Baroque art, with stuccoes by Paolo Corso and Giuseppe Serpotta.
