Fountains and the statue of Admiral Yi Sun-sin (1545-1598), a Korean naval commander, famed for his victories against the Japanese navy during the Imjin war, with in the background the statue of King Sejong the Great (1397-1450) and Gyeongbokgung Palace, the main palace of the Joseon dynasty.
