A memorial, between Deçani and Prizren, honouring Skender Latifi, a fighter of Brigade 125 of the UÇK (Ushtria Çlirimtare e Kosovës, the Kosovo Liberation Army) who was killed on 11 March 1999 during the war for Kosovo's independence.
