Princely State of Bahawalpur, 1945

The State of Bahawalpur changed its flag in 1945, adopting a horizontal triband in red, yellow and green with a black trapezium at the hoist, featuring a white crescent and star. In 1947 Bahawalpur joined the Dominion of Pakistan but remained an autonomous entity until Punjab Province absorbed it on 14 October 1955.
