Province of Sindh

Sindh, in the southeast of Pakistan, is the home of the Sindhi people. The capital of the self-governing province is Karachi. Its flag is dark green and shows the provincial emblem, including the major crops grown here: cotton, rice, wheat and sugar cane. On the scroll is the inscription “Government of Sindh” in Urdu (left) and Sindhi (right). The flag was adopted on 23 May 2005.
