Apia, Samoa's capital city

Tui Atua Building

The six story Tui Atua Tupua Tamasese Efi Complex in central Apia was opened in 2011 to house ten different government ministries and corporations. Four Cabinet ministers who oversee them will also have their offices there. It was funded through a US$52 million soft-term loan facility from China. Tui Atua Tupua Tamasese Ta’isi Efi was elected Head of State 16 June, 2007 for a five-year term.
