An iNtfwasa graduation Ceremony in 1972 - Day 2

Mhlabazimile Motsa, one of the initiates who has been immersed in the river, “died” and carried back to the village where, to the sound of drums, he is rubbed under the nose with a “sizinga”, a special brush and “resurrected” as a fully qualified “sangoma”.
