Idehd, seen from the oven

Idehd, seen from the oven, where, once a year, sacred turtles were cooked. A small amount of the cooked meat was then fed to sea eels; only when the eels, intermediaries with the god, ate the meat, the people ate the turtles, as a sign the sins of the past year were forgiven.
